By accessing or using Our Lens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

Our Lens provides a private digital scrapbook service for couples to:

  • Upload and store photos in a shared, private space
  • Organize memories with dates, locations, and descriptions
  • Generate AI-powered quizzes based on uploaded memories
  • Create and view automated memory recaps
  • Share a timeline of memories with your partner

3. User Accounts

To use Our Lens, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

4. User Content

Your Rights

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to Our Lens. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and display your content within the App
  • Process your content to provide features (AI quizzes, recaps, etc.)
  • Make technical copies for backup and performance purposes

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Contains explicit or inappropriate material involving minors

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated tools to access the App without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account with others
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Our Lens may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Our Lens Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our App without permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining the privacy of your couple space. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You fail to pay required fees
  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
  • We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All data will be backed up or recoverable
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Backup and Data Loss

While we implement security measures and backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important photos and data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Lens Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
